Baby O | Frederick, MD Fresh 48 Photography

I really love photographing fresh 48 sessions. Theres just something about meeting a brand new little person and feeling all the love and excitement and bliss in the room. As a parent I know this time also tends to become a blurred memory. Oh, how I wish I had images like these when my boys were born.

This little boy was so sweet. He was asleep when I arrived and stayed asleep until I unwrapped him. But I never heard him cry. He was so content. And his big sister is completely smitten. Congrats again you guys! I can't wait to see him again for his newborn session!

Happy new year everyone! It's been awhile but I'm back and so excited to share the first sweet baby of 2017. I photographed her big brother when he was a newborn so I was thrilled to see him again and meet his new little sister. I must say she is a blessed little girl to have such a sweet big bro to look out for her.

Enjoy :)

A & R are One! | Gaithersburg, MD Childrens Photography

I first met these sweet twin girls when they were just 3 months old. And look at them now! Their different personalities shine through. It was clear that one is a thinker and one is doer. It was so fun to watch and capture these big moments. Two, in fact! The girls turning one and their grandparents were celebrating 40 years of marriage!

Happy Birthday, A & R!

Introducing Henry | A Personal Post

On May 6th my husband and I, and big brother Max, welcomed our sweet Henry to the world. Weighing in at 7lbs and 14oz, he seemed like such a little peanut compared to his big brother (who weighed 9.3lbs!). Although his delivery (emergency c-section) was quite scary, he is absolutely perfect! And both he and I are doing well. He fit right in to our family like a puzzle piece we didn't know was missing. His big brother could not be more smitten with him.

Enjoy some baby sweetness :)

Henry, 8 days old.

G & J are getting married! | A Camden Yards Engagement

It's not often I do a session with just adults, but when my cousin contacted me about doing this engagement session (especially after learning about the location) I had to say yes! These two have known each other since middle school. J has basically been a part of our family for forever. When he finally proposed I believe there was a resounding "about time" throughout our family :) I couldn't be happier for them or to be a part of their big day!

We first discussed this session in January or February and decided to wait until spring for nice weather. And what did we get...cold and rain! They still rocked it. And I have to give J props for not fangirling out the whole time :)

In their game day seats!
